Weekend Wrap – 16th and 17th of January

1st Grade | 122 loss to North Ryde RSL 7/123 @ Eastwood Oval | One Day Match

Another disappointing weekend for our 1st Grade boys as they clashed against North Ryde at Eastwood Oval in a one dayer. After heavy rain throughout the week, a soft pitch made the toss very important resulting in North Ryde winning it and putting us into bat.

Losing 2 wickets very early, a 40-run partnership between opener Jack Rickard (22) and Tom Abraham (25) had the Cammer’s slowly rebuilding their innings before more wickets fell and were eventually bowled out for 122.

Shane Henry doing Shane Henry things picked up a wicket with the first ball of the innings and a few overs later, North Ryde were 3-26. But solid batting from their middle order resulted in Cammeray copping their second loss of the season.
